Complaints
We are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers, and as such we afford the utmost respect to our family’s views, suggestions and opinions. We pride ourselves on offering a high standard of care for our children, and welcome suggestion on how we can improve our setting. However, should any aspect of our care not reach the expectations of parents/carers we encourage them to bring up their concerns with the setting manager.

In the event a parent/carer wishes to raise any concerns, issues, or make a complaint they should first speak to, write to, or email the manager the manager. Her email address is netty.gibbings@stpaulinuspreschool.com. The manager will record the complaint, detailing every aspect of the complaint, and fully investigate the points raised, and a reply will be sent to the parent/carer explaining the outcome of the investigation, this will be done within 28 days of the date of the complaint. Should the parent/carer not be satisfied with the outcome they can take the matter further to the committee by emailing the Chair of the Committee on lindsey.henderson@stpaulinuspreschool.com, if the matter has not been resolved by this stage the next step is for the issue to be raised with Ofsted.
