Visitors

The safety and security of our children and staff is paramount, and as such we have stringent procedures to ensure we are satisfied with the identity of all visitors to our setting and the validity of their visit.

Under normal circumstances we do not allow anyone to enter our setting who we do not know or are not expected.  When we have visitors’ who have not made an appointment we check their personal identity, and telephone their relevant organisation to ensure the validity of their visit.

 

Every visitor, (someone who is not employed by St. Paulinus Pre-School) is required to sign the visitor’s book recording the time of arrival, leaving, the reason for their visit, and any other relevant information.

 

At no time is any visitor allowed to be left alone with any child.
